Buffalo Weekend Bus Trip

Buses will be leaving Buffalo, NY (exact location to be determined) at 9:00 am on Saturday, September 26, 2015 for the HOLIDAY INN CENTER CITY and the HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS & SUITES in Allentown, PA, about 90 minutes outside of Philadelphia. Early Sunday morning the buses will leave the hotel for Mass with Pope Francis in downtown Philadelphia. Following Mass our buses will then return us to Buffalo.
The registration fee below covers one bus ticket and hotel room. Please register as soon as possible, space is limited. Full payment is due within 7 days of registration, by check only.
Buses have a restroom and Wi-Fi.
Each hotel room has two double or queen beds, regardless of how many people stay in the room.
There are no tickets being sold or given away for the Papal Mass on Sunday. We will be arriving in downtown Philadelphia early Sunday morning, in order to give us a better chance of getting a good spot for the Mass.
Due to the overwhelming response we have received for this pilgrimage, a second hotel has been reserved, HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS & SUITES. This hotel is more expensive and has two queen beds in each room. As of May 5, 2015, any new reservations will be staying in this hotel. The rates for the hotel room and round trip bus trip are as follows:
One person in room (single) - $375 per person
Two people in room (double) - $255 per person
Three people in room (triple) - $210 per person
Four people in room (Quad) - $195 per person
Full payment is due within 7 days of registration, by check only.
50% of your fee is refundable up until August 31, 2015, after which fees are not refundable.
